I just got back from another lovely weekend in Singapore with the boy and participated in one of Singapore's greatest traditions - shopping! Orchard Road is the place to get all your wares in Singapore and a new shopping centre ( ION Orchard ) opened a few weeks ago that I was keen to check out. ION is 8 levels - 4 underground and 4 aboveground and is made up of a whole range of stores from high end to high street as well as a top notch food court. I purchased some lovely gold gladiators (perfect for my upcoming trip back home to Oz) from Charles & Keith , a great Singaporean (and very affordable) shoe store. Mine were a bargain at S$27 which is currently about AUD$23. I can't find a photo of my new shoes but here are some other snaps from their summer range...

A friend of mine has recently returned from her first ever trip to Paris. Before she left I recommended she visit Laduree (one of my favourite Paris haunts) and she kindly bought me back some macaroons to say thanks! Sooo delicious! {...}
