Foodie Bubble - Singapore delights

Just got back from 5 days in Singapore which means 5 days of eating and eating and eating... Much was consumed including Singapore's national dish - Hainanese Chicken Rice or simply known in Singapore as Chicken Rice. On the face of it this meal is quite simple and looks kinda boring but it tastes amazing. A fusion of flavours this meal can set you back about $3-$4 in Singapore's famous hawker centres - an absolute steal. Try making it yourself !
